Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report ( 93 ) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility ( 39-AA-0020 ) <br /> 1 . Operator has provided EHD with a schedule for the SB 1383 measurements for the 2nd <br /> quarter. <br /> 2 . A lab analysis report was not provided for January, March or April 2022 . <br /> 3 . Track out onto Austin Road was light. <br /> 4 . The fly population and odors were light. <br /> 5 . Records were reviewed from April 24 , 2022 to May 24 , 2022 . <br /> 6 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> - Incoming green waste was 102 ° F . <br /> . Ground green waste was 126° F . <br /> - Windrows ranged from 139° F to 140 ° F . <br /> . Finished compost measured 138 ° F . <br /> . Finished product was 104° F . <br /> - Biomulch was from 135 ° F . <br /> . Overs were 88° F <br /> 7 .
