S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ChemStation of Northern California 1448 N SHAW RD, STOCKTON February 01, 2024 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION#1: 1320 gallons of Quat Sanitizer II, 110 gallons of Perafoam,4,000 gallons of Rework/Waste <br /> water, 55 gallons of Tri Sanitizer, 1000 pounds of Stepanol WAC,were found on site that have not been reported to <br /> CERS. <br /> OBSERVATION#2:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Formic Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Methanol <br /> were not complete. The current max daily amounts are not correct.The max daily amount of Formic Acid is 300 <br /> gallons not 75 gallons. The max daily amount of Hydrogen Peroxide is 165 gallons not 55 gallons. .The max daily <br /> amount of methanol is 250 gallons not 110 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing locations of the emergency response <br /> equipment(fire extinguishers, eye wash, and safety shower).
