The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CHARTER WAY 76 as of February 02, 2024. <br /> Open violations from December 27, 2023 inspection <br /> Violation#5-Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The maximum daily amount of gasoline is incorrectly reported on CERS. The maximum daily <br /> amount of gasoline listed on CERS is 12,000 gallons. The maximum daily amount that can be stored on-site is <br /> 32,000 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and update the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#6-Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. There is a drain leading to a storm water treatment area that is not <br /> labeled on the map.The location of the spill kit is incorrect on the map. North orientation is missing from the site <br /> map. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
