PS=Piping Sump. <br />Western FG=Western Fiberglass. BP=Bottom Penetrations. <br />Note: Tank #1 & Tank #2 is a 12K, two compartment Tank. Tank #1 is designated for 6K Super 91 <br />Octane Gasoline. Tank #2 is designated for 6K Diesel. Tank #1, and Tank #2, have a common <br />Tank Secondary Containment. <br />Note: This UST Site has had a Dispenser Upgrade since the last 3 Year Secondary Containment <br />Testing event. The single Diesel Dispensers have been removed, and the Diesel is now in the 3+1 <br />Dispensers 1 &2 and 3&4 only. <br />All tests marked "Fail' and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br />the COMMENTS section. <br />Page 5of5 <br />
