Main St Manteca Ca <br /> Received <br /> Violation 305 4/23/2024 <br /> Observation Liquid was found in 87/91/DSL STP and Fill Sumps <br /> Corrective action: <br /> Cleaned all liquid from all sumps on site Checked all penetration fittings for signs of leaks <br /> found none. Liquid seems to be coming from reservoirs possibly due to overfilling or spilling of <br /> Brine when adding to reservoirs Checked all communication ports and hoses for leaks found <br /> none. Found signs of condensation on the bottom of sump lids. No leaks were found on any <br /> of the sumps. <br /> Violation 307 <br /> Failure to keep water out of secondary containment system <br /> Corrective action: <br /> Cleaned all manway gaskets and removed debris from the sump top hat lips on all stp and fill <br /> sumps. Properly installed all components and lids per manufacturer guidelines. Found signs <br /> of condensation on bottom of manway lids. Cleaned all liquid and removed all debris from <br /> sumps. <br /> Violation 315 <br /> Blue green liquid found in 87/91/DSL STP and Fill Sumps <br /> Corrective action: <br /> Cleaned all liquid from all sumps on site Checked all penetration fittings for signs of leaks <br /> found none.
