Hwy 99 <br /> Stockton , CA 95215 <br /> Project Description <br /> Existing Use PerUAL CO be f1cecola <br /> The site at 3550 S Hwy 99 will have existing commercial office space and existing warehouse , and an <br /> existing truck repair facility for company fleet . Existing commercial fueling islands ( Cardlock ) are a <br /> membership service . The site does not have retail sales and is not open to the public . <br /> The commercial fueling facility ( Building 3 ) will supply unleaded 87 , Dyed Diesel , Biodiesel B20, Biodiesel <br /> B99 and Diesel Exhaust Fluid ( DEF ) for membership use . Facilities are not for use by the public . The <br /> cardlock is operational 24/ 7 / 365 and is unmanned but is monitored via CCTV. Personnel is on site <br /> periodically to do inspections and maintenance . There are currently an average of 135 transactions a <br /> day at the site with a peak of 190 . Based on Volume about 36 % of the transactions are for large trucks . <br /> The existing main building ( Building 1 - approx . 12 , 700 square feet ) is used for office space for S <br /> employees : accounting , maintenance personnel and fleet drivers . The space is for existing vehicles , <br /> equipment repair, and storage . There is additional existing storage space ( Building 2 ) used for <br /> commercial lubricants , greases , antifreeze and Diesel Exhaust fluid . <br /> Parking at the site is for employees and includes 25 existing spaces for large and intermediate trucks <br /> used for deliveries and maintenance . <br /> Plans for upgrading Property : <br /> 1 . We would like to abandon our existing well and install a new well in a different location on the <br /> property. ( Proposed location is on the plan ) <br /> 2 . Plans are to add an additional 6 , 250 square feet of storage space ( Building 4 ) to accommodate <br /> inventory needs . <br /> 3 . We would like to propose asphalt paving in the parking areas after the above items are <br /> completed . <br />
