Anthony Barkett <br /> April 25, 2023 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> Other Comments <br /> The owneddeveloper shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and <br /> extension of all sewer mains and laterals to serve this project in accordance with City <br /> standards, including permit acquisition. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities and work within City streets require an <br /> encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the <br /> street right-of-way will be required. <br /> Existing septic systems shall be abandoned in compliance with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General <br /> Plan Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master <br /> planned improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer services to the <br /> subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City <br /> utilities is allowed. <br /> This letter only represents the condition of the City's utility system at this time. This <br /> letter does not constitute a reservation of capacity, nor does it vest this property with <br /> any entitlements.
