Weber Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER FOR 2706 POCK LANE (APN 179-120-13 & 14) <br /> In response to your letter received February 15, 2023, copy attached, City staff from the <br /> Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br /> request for sanitary sewer to the subject property, which is located outside the City <br /> limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is <br /> limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community <br /> Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as a result of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br /> the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department- Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by City sewer. The nearest City sewer is the <br /> existing 6-inch litre in Pock Lane. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees, and approval. <br /> LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br /> Other Comments <br />
