SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUN r <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> WATERLOO FOODMART 4315 E WATERLOO RD, STOCKTON March 19, 2024 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 208 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection <br /> reports.The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> -S alarms were not printed on all the attached alarm histories, including the 6/28/23 report <br /> -The designated operator marked that sumps were inspected, but did not indicate whether sensors were in the <br /> proper location. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports. <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to document all the alarms from the attached alarm history on the <br /> designated operator inspection reports and failed to check that they were responded to appropriately.
