BP=Bottom
Penetrations.
Note: Tank #2 Plus 89, and Tank #3 Super 91 is a 10K, two compartment Tank. Tank #2 is
designated for 6K Plus 89 Octane Gasoline. Tank #3 is designated for 4K Super 91 Octane
Gasoline. Tank #2, and Tank 3, have a common Tank Secondary Containment.
Note: UDC's 1&2 and 7&8 will not maintain hydrostatic test level, and show a loss of >.030 in the 30
test period. We found material degradation around the Electrical Penetrations in both UDC's.
Recommend a repair contractor be consulted. Recommend a Bravo Repair Kit be used to reseal all
Piping and Electrical Penetrations in both these UDC's. Retest after repairs are complete.
Note: Initial pressure loss on the Diesel Secondary Pipe with bubbles showing on the test boot. We
found material degradation on the test boot and a small crack on the end of the tapered portion of
the Secondary Pipe. We replaced the test boot and were able to place the test boot past the
tapered portion of the Secondary Pipe to gain a proper seal. No further pressure loss or bubbles
were detected for the 1 hour test period.
All tests marked "Fail"and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in
the COMMENTS section.
Page 5 of 5
