Glass waste is most extensive in the <br />center area of the property. Vegetation is minimal. <br />5. If the property owners or potential buyers are planning any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the site, see <br />Title 27 California Code of Regulations section 21190 for PCLU requirements including the PCLU Plan. The Plan <br />shall be submitted to the Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department), the <br />Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB), local air district and local land use agency for <br />review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction activities. <br /> <br />6. An owner or operator of a disposal site who plans to sell, transfer or convey the ownership or operation of the <br />disposal site to a new owner or operator shall notify the Local Enforcement Agency (San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department) and CalRecycle 45 days prior to the anticipated transfer of title. This <br />notification shall include the name(s), address(es) and phone number(s) of the new owner or operator.
