The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for EFFICAZ AUTO BODY REPAIR as of February29 , 2024. <br /> Open violations from June 02, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #101 - Managed a hazardous waste without an identification number. <br /> OBSERVATION This business does not have a hazardous waste ID number in the California Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control ( DTSC) database . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store , dispose of, transport or offer for <br /> transportation , hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA) Identification <br /> ( ID) Number . A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br /> month , less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non - RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Go to the DTSC web site at https : //dtsc. ca . gov/apply-for- hazardous-waste-epa-id -number/ <br /> to obtain an ID number . Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) . <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #119 - Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> ( CERS) . <br /> OBSERVATION This business's hazardous waste activities and EPA ID number have not been reported on the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) website . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website , include the EPA ID number.
