Hazelton Ave., Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> <br />Forward Resource Recovery Facility Annual Reporting <br />Requirements Summary 2024 <br />As required in Section 16, paragraph (n) of the Solid Waste Facility Permit (39-AA-0020) <br />issued to the Forward Resource Recovery Facility (Forward R&R) on January 22, 2015, the <br />owner/operator is required to submit an annual report to the LEA summarizing all <br />reporting requirements. The report is to include a summary of the following reports: <br />o Quarterly types and quantities of waste (in Tons), including separated or comingled recyclables entering the facility per day. <br />o Quarterly report of the number of and types of vehicles using the facility per day. <br />o Quarterly results of the hazardous waste load checking program, including the quantities and types of hazardous waste, medical wastes, or otherwise prohibited wastes found om the waste stream and the disposition of these materials. <br />o Summary of all complaints and the operator’s actions taken to resolve these complaints. <br />o Summary of special occurrences <br />o Monthly total (in tons) of finished compost sold <br />o Finished compost quality laboratory sample summary <br />o Number and details regarding loads of recyclables and/or yard waste rejected as <br />part of the load checking process <br />Monthly Total Recyclables and Green waste Received, Overages Generated, and <br />Finished Compost sold: <br />Summarized in Table 1 below are the monthly totals (in tons) of green waste and wood <br />waste received at the Forward R&R), the volume (per month) of non-Organics (plastic, <br />glass, metal, etc.) removed by hand picking and screening from the inbound green waste <br />receiving area, and the volume (per month) of finished compost (marketed as "Super <br />Compost") sold in 2024. <br />
