Ig114 <br /> The current permit needs to be revised so that the permitted maximum tonnage can be changed from 4,180 tons per day to <br /> 8,668 tons per day(combined for the landfill and Resource Recovery Facility). Also the permit must be revised to incorporate <br /> the following: <br /> 1. Update the address and mailing address of the facility/owner(if applicable)as well as the enforcement agency name and address <br /> 2. LEA condition 17(3):remove this condition from the permit <br /> 3. LEA condition 17(11):also state that treated wood waste will be managed in accordance with Chapter 34 of Title 22 of the CCR <br /> 4. LEA condition:windrow temperature/turning records will indicate when pathogen reduction has been met and moved to be screened <br /> 5. LEA condition:all incoming feedstock will be spread out for manual screening before being stockpiled <br /> 6. Specific standards 20(c):also state that litter from the site and mud/dirt from the vehicles will be controlled off-site along Austin Road <br /> 7. Specific standards 20(h):also state that all piles on site shall be monitored at multiple points for internal temperature <br /> 8. Specific standards:the tipping floor and retaining wall must be maintained in good condition per Title 14 CCR 17408.6 <br /> 9.
