Austin Road, Manteca <br />95336 <br />Benjamin Escotto (Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE to AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable odors <br />resulting from the composting operation. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br />greenwaste received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light and the dust was minimal. <br />4. Temperature and turning records were reviewed. Records were properly completed. <br />5. All records were available for review. <br />6. The analysis results for the metal concentration, fecal coliform density and Salmonella <br />density of the compost product was available for review. The compost met the state <br />standards. <br />7. The temperature of the greenwaste was 78 F. The temperature range of the ground <br />material and windrows was 89 F to 113 F and 91 F to 145 F respectively. The temperature <br />range of the pre-screened product and screened product was 91 F to 108 F and 93 F to 97 <br />F respectively. <br />
