Austin Road, Manteca 95336 <br />Forward, Inc./Allied Waste North America <br />Benjamin Escotto ]Ruben Ramirez <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION SD OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Inspector drove south of the facility along Austin Road and found no objectionable <br />odors resulting from the composting operation. There were strong winds during the <br />inspection. The facility had ceased turning the windrows in the morning. <br />2. There was separation between the manually screened greenwaste pile and the unscreened <br />greenwaste received. <br />3. The odor and fly population was light. <br />4. Dust was minimal. The water truck was observed on site. <br />5. Temperature and turning records were reviewed. Records were properly completed. <br />6. All records were available for review. <br />7. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 72 F to 90 F and <br />105 F to 127 F respectively. The temperature range of the windrows and overs was <br />107 F to 121 F and 84 F to 98 F respectively. The temperature range of the pre-screened <br />product and the screened product was 117 F to 138 F and 108 F to 112 F respectively. <br />
