The fire extinguishers and rodent bait stations were being properly maintained. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. Tonnange records for January 2013 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility and <br /> landfill exceeded 4,180 tons on 1/3/13 and 1/4/13. It was documented that the transfer station/ <br /> compost facility closed down early on those two days. <br />
