The fire extinguishers and rodent bait stations were being properly maintained. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. Tonnage records for November 2013 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost <br /> facility and landfill did not exceed 4,180 tons on any day. <br /> 5. Facility was instructed to submit application with payment for the upcoming five-year <br /> permit review(as well as for permit revisions). <br />
