The fire extinguishers and rodent bait stations were being properly maintained. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. All records were available for review. <br /> 4. The height of the comingled recyclables was at 12 feet. Operator was made aware of this <br /> and knows that all piles must be kept under 12 feet per permit condition 17(10). <br /> 5. Tonnange records for February 2013 were reviewed. The transfer station/compost facility <br /> and landfill exceeded 4,180 tons on 2/15/13. It was documented that the transfer <br /> station/compost facility closed down early on that day. <br />
