The EHD made the finding that there has been a significant change to the <br /> facility. Updates to the Transfer/Processing Report (TPR), Report of Composting Site <br /> Information(RCSI), and Odor Impact Minimization Plan(OIMP) are required. <br /> The EHD recommends that the current Solid Waste Facility Permit(SWFP) for the Resource <br /> Recovery facility be revised to align the tonnage limits with the existing tonnage limits found in <br /> the landfills SWFP. Please find the enclosed Five-Year Permit Review Report. The report <br /> describes in detail the required updates to the TPR, RCSI, GIMP, and the required revisions to <br /> the SWFP. <br /> Please make application to revise the SWFP and update the Reports of Facility Information <br /> (RFIs).
