The operator shall provide fire prevention, protection, and control measures. <br />2. During the inspection this area of ground material was moved and spread out into windrows. <br />Inspection ReportComments: <br />Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The temperature range of the greenwaste pile and ground material was 105 F to 128 F and 93 F to 172 F <br />respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 124 F to 152 F. The temperature range of the pre- <br />screened product and screened product was 126 F to 151 F and 93 F to 118 F respectively. <br />2. The pad for the storage of windrows, located adjacently west to the area storing the greenwaste and ground <br />material, is completed and is now storing windrows. <br />3. All records were available for review. <br />4. The latest test results for the metal concentration, Fecal Coliform, and Salmonella levels were available for <br />review. The compost product met the state standards. <br />
