Previous area of concern regarding the compost/trasnfer station remaining open after the total <br /> tonnage (combined with the landfill)exceeded 4,180 tons per day has been corrected. The <br /> facility documented 5 days in the log of special occurences when the limit was reached and the <br /> compost/transfer station was closed. There were two days where the limit was slightly <br /> exceeded (4,294 tons on 10/17/12 and 4,371 tons on 10/18/12). According to the daily log,the <br /> limit on these days was not reached until the end of the day. <br /> 2. The onsite litter and dust was minimal. <br /> 3. The rodent bait stations and fire extinguishers were being properly maintained. <br /> 4. All records were available for review. <br />
