Violation- 17410.1 -SOLID WASTE REMOVAL- A large amount of greenwaste was observed on the cement pad in front of the transfer station <br />building. In the field to the west of the cement pad was a large amount of ground greenwaste that appeared to have been on site for longer than 48 <br />hours. <br />a. All solid wastes accepted at the site shall be removed within 48 hours from the time of receipt. <br />Notes: <br />1. Per operator, greenwaste materials are taken. to_Gilton Solid Waste Management and Grover_ Environmental Products is Stanislaus County._... <br />2. Temperatures of greenwaste on cement pad were taken. North= 126*F, West= 105*F, South= 129*F. Temperatures of the ground greenwaste on <br />the field to the west of the cement pad were taken. North= 121 *F, West= 142*F, South= 155*F, East= 122*F. <br />3.- Records are -up-to- date -and -consistent. -Fire extinguishers -in -transfer station -building -were -charged -and -up-to-date. --- <br />
