Area of Concern- 17408.8- Protection of Users- A Transfer Truck driver was observed out of his truck, manually pulling a tarp over recyclables, <br />with no safety equipment on. <br />Ensure that User Safety includes Safety Vest and hard hat for all persons that are outside of vehicles. <br />Notes: <br />1. Temperatures of greenwaste taken were: North- 65°F, West- 62°F, East and South- 64°F. <br />2. Two dead animals had been dumped on Austin Road. Animal Control was contacted for cleanup. <br />3. Records were reviewed and up to date and consistent. <br />4. Operator phoned Trucking Company during time of inspection to inform them that their driver was not observing safety procedures.
