Bait stations were checked. Three dead rodents were observed. <br />2. Fire extinguishers were charged and up to date. <br />.5. Records were reviewed and up to date and consistent. <br />4. Facility Has removed modular trailer office and is in process of replacing it with a new larger one <br />at same site. Temporary office is staged at house <br />across the street to the East. New office expected to be completed within one week. <br />No Violations noted. <br />
