The cannery waste is <br /> unloaded on a bedding of ground material. There are some flies, but there are flies <br /> with the compost anyway. We are keeping an eye on them. If there gets to be nuisances conditions then <br /> we will work to get the site under control. I will have my staff(Ben Escotto)who inspects the facility to <br /> send pics.
