A copy of CIWMB staff's inspection report is enclosed for your <br /> records. A copy of this correspondence and the inspection report has also been forwarded to <br /> Lawrence Stefani, Landfill Operations Manager, of Forward Landfill. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 PRC, and with <br /> Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter 3, Transfer/Processing Operations <br /> and Facilities Regulatory Requirements and Title 14, California Code of Regulations,Division 7, <br /> Chapter 3.1, Compostable Materials Handling Operations and Facilities Regulatory <br /> Requirements. <br /> During the inspection CIWMB staff noted the following: <br /> 1.
