Pacific Gas and Plan Review Team PGEPlanReview@pge.com
i
Bect17c Company' Land Management
May 1, 2024
Makayla Miller
County of San Joaquin
1810 E Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
Re: PA-23000248
23243 E Lone Road, Escalon, CA 95320
Dear Makayla Miller:
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to review the subject plans. The proposed PA-
23000248 is within the same vicinity of PG&E's existing facilities that impact this property.
The PA-23000248 applicant must submit an application to PG&E's Service Planning department
to establish service to the proposed telecommunications facility and monopole within its lease
area. PG&E will require review of any leases for said tower over the subject property to confirm
if adequate land rights for any proposed PG&E services. Certain language is required to be
included in the lease for PG&E to safely operate and maintain its facilities. It is imperative that
an application is submitted as soon as possible to ensure timely review and preparation of any
Disclosure of Conditions for Utility Service Installed Pursuant to Terms of a Lease. Review of
all leases, plans, and proposed utility locations will be coordinated between PG&E's Service
Planning department and PG&E Land Management.
Please contact the Building and Renovation Center(BRSC) for facility map requests by calling
1-877-743-7782 and PG&E's Service Planning department at www.pge.com/cco for any
modification or relocation requests, or for any additional services you may require.
As a reminder, before any digging or excavation occurs, please contact Underground Service
Alert (USA)by dialing 811 a minimum of 2 working days prior to commencing any work. This
free and independent service will ensure that all existing underground utilities are identified and
marked on-site.
If you have any questions regarding our response, please contact me at paul.takemoto@pge.com.
Sincerely,
Paul Takemoto
Land Management
PG&E Gas and Electric Facilities Page 1
