The previous violation for vector control has been corrected. Additional fly bait stations have been added to the <br /> eastern and western perimeter fence. <br /> 2. The previous violation for exceeded pathogen levels has been corrected . The lab analysis report for the month of <br /> August was submitted to the EHD. The fecal coliform test met state minimum standards. <br /> 3. Records were not reviewed onsite due to COVID- 19 protocols. Operator provided records by email for the month of <br /> August 2021 , <br /> 4. Track-out from the facility was light. <br /> 5. The odor was normal . <br /> 6. Fly traps were observed on the eastern and western fences. <br /> 7. Observed employees picking up litter during the inspection . <br /> 8. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection. Raw green waste ranged from 78OF to 800F. <br /> Ground green waste was 112°F. Windrows ranged from 100OF to 157OF. The finished product was 154°F. Biosoil was <br /> 1160F and overs were 820F. <br /> 9 .
