The odor was normal . <br /> 4 . Fly traps were observed on the eastern and western fences . <br /> 5 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection . Raw green waste was <br /> 100F . Ground green waste was 85F . Windrows ranged from 124F to 150F . The finished <br /> product ranged from 140F to 154F . Biosoil was 74F and there were no overs . <br /> 6 . Operator stated the perimeter fencing is in the process of being repaired . <br /> 7 .
