Per operator, the water truck and scarab are not working. The water truck is in the process <br /> of being repaired and a loader is used to turn windrows. <br /> 2. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> - Raw green waste was 104°F. <br /> - Ground green waste ranged from 132°F to 136°F <br /> - Windrows ranged from 134°F to 158°F. <br /> - Finished product ranged from 130°F to 144°F <br /> - Biosoil was 102°F. <br /> - Overs were 114°F <br /> - Finished compost ranged from 162°F to 163°F <br /> 3. Records are received by email. <br /> 4. Facility began 3rd quarter S131 383 measurements. <br /> 5. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br /> 6. Track out was light. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 90°F with a wind speed of 2 mph. <br /> 8. The fly population was light. Fly traps observed around the perimeter of the site. <br /> 9.
