Obtain a State Mobile Food Preparation Unit "Insignia" if necessary. Contact State Housing and <br />Community Development for approval of your commercial coach at (916) 255-2501. <br />Obtain a verification of commissary prior to EHD issuance of the permit to operate. <br />Potable and wastewater tanks must be sloped to an outlet that ensures complete drainage. <br />(114199) <br />Potable and wastewater tanks must have an air vent overflow that prevents flooding of interior of <br />MFPU. The vent must terminate in a downward direction and be covered with 16 mesh finch <br />screen. (114213) <br />,5.
