No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 117 HSC 25185(c)(3) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> OBSERVATION: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 7/15/2021 within <br /> 30 days. The report was delivered to the business on 11/22/2022, 100 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a <br /> written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to <br /> subdivision (a)of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the <br /> department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require,which shall include a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator,for <br /> purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency,the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -Two full 55-gallon drums containing fuel-contaminated liquid were missing accumulation start dates. <br /> -One 55-gallon drum containing fuel-contaminated solids had an accumulation start date of 11/22/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
