Conditional Use Permit No. PA-2400029 proposes to establish a truck terminal and truck parking operation for a maximum of 26 tractors and 26 trailers. The project will include a 400 square foot modular office with restroom. The project plans to operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with 1 employee, and 10 customers per shift. The project site will be accessed from a private access easement at the south terminus of E. Flag City Boulevard. The project site is not under a Williamson Act contract. Private Right of Way No. PA-2400083 proposes to access parcels 055-160-21 and 055-160-45, via a private access easement at the south terminus of E. Flag City Boulevard. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is I/T (Truck Terminals). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is along a private access easement at the south terminus of E. Flag City Blvd. and Republic Way, Lodi. (APN/Address: 055-60-21, -45/5646 W. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date may not be considered in staff's analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for this application.
