The project site is not under a Williamson Act <br /> contract. <br /> Private Right of Way No. PA-2400083 proposes to access parcels 055-160-21 and 055-160-45, via a private access <br /> easement at the south terminus of E. Flag City Boulevard. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is I/T (Truck <br /> Terminals). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is along a private access easement at the south terminus of E.
