In CERS the facility indicated that the regular unleaded <br /> gasoline mechanical line leak detector is"VMI 99 LD2000".A"FE Petro STP MLLD"was observed on site. In CERS <br /> the facility reported that tank 3 contents are"Diesel". "Biodiesel B20"labels were observed at the dispenser. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 205 CCR 2712(i) Failure to submit and have current UST Monitoring Plan readily accessible at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. The monitoring plans <br /> on site did not match those that are on CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 308 CCR 2632(c), 2634(d), 2636(f) Failure of the leak detection equipment to have an audible and visual alarm. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following float and chains failed to stop the flow of product at the following dispensers when <br /> tested: <br /> - 1&2: B20 and 87 <br /> -3&4: 87 <br /> -5&6: B20 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician adjusted the float and chain and verified functionality. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> All violations observed at time of inspection were corrected on site. <br /> FA0000091 PR0231631 SCO01 04/16/2024 <br /> EHD 23-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 4 of 5 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
