Submit Water Provision Declaration form to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review. The applicant may contact Natalia Subbotnikova, Program Coordinator Solid Waste <br /> Program at (209) 468-0338, with any questions. <br /> B. Contact Gena Farley with the SWRCB Division of Drinking Water at <br /> Gena.Farley@waterboards.ca.gov or 209-948-7488, concerning the requirements for <br /> preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, <br /> a permit application to operate Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD <br /> for approval prior to issuance of building permits. To issue a permit to operate, concurrence <br /> from the Water Board is required. A yearly permit to operate a public water system will be <br /> required by the EHD prior to sign off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-602.010 and 9-601.030.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-602.010 and 9-601.030 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 116570. <br /> C. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator <br /> must report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and comply with the laws and regulations <br /> for the programs listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases).
