The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> ( CERS ) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/ and ensure all UST information is current . <br /> 7 . All primary containment including any integral secondary containment must be certified by an <br /> independent testing organization and labeled as required by the organization ( UL , ULC , ANSI , <br /> API , ASTM , etc . ) . See California Code of Regulations ( CCR) Title 23 , Chapter 16 , Table B for a <br /> complete list . <br /> 8 . All secondary containment system which is not an integral part of the primary containment shall <br /> be designed and constructed according to an engineering specification approved by a state <br /> registered professional engineer or according to a nationally recognized industry code or <br /> engineering standard , per CCR 2631 (d ) . <br /> 9 . This permit expires 180 days from the date of approval .
