A heavy layer of padding observed under the ground green waste . Operator informed to <br /> decrease the amount of padding . <br /> 3 . Water truck is utilized for dust control . <br /> 4 . The following temperatures were measured during the inspection : <br /> Now Incoming green waste was 84 ° F . <br /> Now Ground green waste ranged from 134 ° F to 150 ° F . <br /> - Windrows ranged from 131 OF to 160 ° F . <br /> - Biomulch was 132 ° F . <br /> - Finished compost ranged from 153 ° F to 160 ° F . <br /> - Finished product was 110 ° F . <br /> - Overs were 82 ° F . <br /> 5 . Fly bait stations contained bait and is being utilized . <br /> 6 . The weather during the inspection was 73 ° F with a wind speed of 8 mph . <br /> 7 . Odor was moderate . <br /> 8 .
