Provide EHD with disposal receipt(s). <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. The perimeter fence is incomplete on the right and left side of the entrance gate to the old <br /> dumpsite. Repair the fence to prevent unauthorized access. <br /> 2. Glass observed on the northwest side of the property was not observed during this <br /> inspection due to overgrown vegetation in the area. Ensure vegetation is at a minimum to <br /> prevent fire hazard. <br /> 3. Pallets were observed in a bush on the northeast portion of the old dumpsite. <br /> 4. If owner or potential buyer are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the <br /> site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto.
