Observed exposed glass on the northwest side of the property, north of the Lovelace <br /> Transfer station fence line. Cover exposed waste with clean soil. <br /> 2. Observed areas where vegetation is moderate. Keep vegetation to a minimum to <br /> prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 3. Observed cut dried grass north of the Lovelace transfer station fence line. Clear/ remove <br /> cut dried grass to prevent a potential fire hazard. <br /> 4. Observed stockpiled reinforced concrete pipe at the northwest side of the property. <br /> Remove unused stockpiled concrete pipe. <br /> 5. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLU) for <br /> this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. <br /> Pursuant to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be <br /> submitted to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air <br /> district and local land use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any <br /> construction or pre-construction activities for such PCLU. <br /> 6.
