SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> FLAG CITY CHEVRON 6421 CAPITOL AVE, LODI April 23, 2024 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 302 CCR 2630(d), 2641(a)Leak detection equipment not installed/maintained/located to detect leaks at earliest <br /> opportunity. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 siphon sensor was found slated and not located at the bottom of the tank to detect a leak <br /> at the earliest opportunity. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the tank by the service technician. Ensure <br /> that all monitoring equipment is maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 4/30/2024 and replaces the initial checklist.
