To correct the violations listed <br /> above the animal manure can be removed and disposed at an approved disposal facility at least once per week(every 7 <br /> days)or manure can also be composted or used as plant fertilizer,if the application does not create a nuisance.All public <br /> health violations must be corrected immediately. <br /> If further complaints are received,an investigation will be made which may result in legal action being taken at a rate of$162.00 <br /> an hour.
