Tank monitoring is listed on <br /> CERS as being monitored by a VR794380-303 for both tanks. Tank was observed to be monitored by a VR sensor <br /> ending in model number 302. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 50 CA Code of Regulations 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 2060020-Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as <br /> required, and records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9a). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87 and 91 spill containers failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician stated he had replaced the fill caps. Spill containers were then <br /> retested and passed.
