<br /> facility's business plan.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for
<br /> approval.
<br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll.
<br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content.
<br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing the following elements:
<br /> -locations of all hazardous materials
<br /> -locations of all exits/entrances(including all structures and gates)
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points,
<br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if
<br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map
<br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II.
