Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />April 15, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 936 PERFORMANCE DR, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> FERALLOY PDM STEEL SERVICE <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: 1000 pounds of oily solids, 55 gallons of used anti freeze, 55 gallons of solvent 142, 110 gallons of <br />AW 46 Hydraulic oil, 55 gallons of ferrocote, 55 gallons of anti freeze, 110 gallons of 80/90 gear oil, and 1030 <br />gallons of Aw hydraulic oil were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. The max daily amounts for <br />propane and acetylene are not correct. The max daily amount for propane is 187 gallons. The max daily amount for <br />acetylene is 453 cubic feet. This violation has been corrected on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not complete. Each chemical listed in the chemical inventory needs to be identified <br />on the site map. Acronyms and symbols need to be identified in a key or legend. Define STMD, PL, 4, 5, 6, 7 on the <br />site map. Entrances and exits need to be identified on the site map.
