Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />April 15, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1122 Runway Dr, Stockton <br /> Facility Name: <br /> Dollar Tree Distribution Center - Stockton <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for acidic liquids, basic liquids, oxidizing solids, oxidizing <br />liquids, aerosols were not complete. The storage location says aisle 57 but should say aisle 35 & 36. Propane is <br />being reported at 66 cubic feet for the max daily amount. Propane should be reported at 285 gallons as the max <br />daily amount. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map has Ammonia Storage in <br />the middle of the building. The facility does not have any ammonia on site at this time. Remove ammonia storage <br />from the site map. Aisle 57 is labeled on the site map as the hazardous waste/ hazardous material storage area. <br />Aisle 57 is incorrect and the hazardous product and hazardous waste should be labeled as aisle 35 & 36. Argon and <br />oxygen cylinders are no longer at facility and do not need to be on the site map. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />FA0013602 PR0520979 SC001 04/15/2024 <br />EHD 19-01 Rev. 12/06/2021 Hazardous Materials Program OIRPage 2 of 3 <br />1868 E.
