Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />April 04, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 4411 POCK LN, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> CALCHEF FOODS, LLC DBA KEVIN'S <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: The following were found on site that have not been reported to CERS <br />- 19 pallets of bagged sea salt (47,500 pounds) <br />- 34 pallets of 55 gallon poly drums of Vinegar (7,480 gallons) <br />- 4 55-gallon poly drums of Lactic Acid (220 gallons) <br />- 18 poly totes of sesame oil (4,500 gallons) <br />- 20 pallets of 4 55-gallon poly drums of sesame oil (4,400 gallons) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan.
