<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The dishwasher was not dispensing sanitizer in the rinse cycle. Repair the dishwasher to dispense 50 ppm
<br /> chlorine by today. Until this is corrected use the 2 compartment sink to sanitize the dishes with a minimum of 200 ppm quat.
