This includes applications of adjuvants and 25(b) <br /> pesticides. <br /> Schools include: Public K-12 schools, including publicly-funded charter schools. <br /> Daycares include: Licensed child day care facilities,except family day care homes, as defined by Health and Safety Code. <br /> Application restrictions are in effect Monday-Friday,6am-6pm,while school Is in session. <br /> P General <br /> CONDITION-P-General <br /> In addition to all applicable laws, regulations, label restrictions and other more restrictive <br /> conditions of this permit,THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT, <br /> 1.
