The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for NASHIR MAIN ST INC. as of May 01, 2024. <br /> Open violations from February 25, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#605-Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -A 55 gallon black steel drum of hazardous waste liquid was observed on the west side of the facility with a blank <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
